Man, I've watched the series winning goal so many times now. A lot of great things on that play. First was Petey side stepping the check and moving the puck up. Next was obviously Boeser with the no-look pass. Finally you had Suter capitalizing on a scoring chance after being stonewalled all game by Saros. And who dropped coverage allowing him to score that goal? Anthony Beauvillier! :lol

I only laugh because you knew he was extra motivated to try and beat the team that got rid of him so casually. There was a pregame clip in the hallways where the Canucks walk past him and Myers with a smile on his face gave him a tap on the back. Beau looked stone faced through the entire interaction. Can't blame him of course, there's no friends in the playoffs. But the image just stuck in my mind.

Edit: oh and I almost forgot, they were playing "Blame Canada" from South Park after our goal lol.

How Silovs plays for the rest of the playoffs will likely determine whether he gets to back up Demko next year.

Oh ... in that case, out with DeSmith and in with Silov. It's quite obvious that he can def serve as No. 2 or at least get a serious shot at it. His audition is quite impressive.
