Legit I've never done clams at home. I should try one of these days.
There's a few things I don't like making at home, shelled seafood is one of them as I typically avoid crabs and clams and all that shit. The other is frying. Oil temperature is super hard to maintain and I don't like having to deal with leftover oil, just go out to eat that shit.

Black bean clams are so easy to make at home even if you don't have a wok. Delicious stuff! Totally worth learning how to do.
