And yes Mike, Chinese people make food names poetic not just for shits and giggles but also to make unattractive items sound a bit fancy. IE Chicken feet are called Phoenix Claws

I too enjoy the occasional fool-the-white-man Chinese food. There was plenty of that going on in Calgary growing up. Greasy and salty AF at one place my mom's friend used to run lol.
I'm trying to find an old meme where it's an Asian lady walking with her kid and she's wearing a dumb t-shirt that says something like "Will fuck for cocaine" or drugs or something like that. I can't remember what it was for the life of me.
