took some the following day with 2g of piracetam and 2g of choline. basically i felt like ronnie coleman in my mind and i was super beamed. energy and focus was consistent throughout. by the end of it, i was a sweaty mess and wanted to punch walls lol

so yeah, basically ive been adding it in to most of my preworkouts for the past year/year and a half. usually razor8 is the most amplified of them all on it. new assault is one that seems to get pretty fucking strong with piracetam too.

I have the myofusion probiotic, it works for sure. Its a lot thicker bcz of the probiotic and personally I dont like it. The flavour (milk chocolate) tastes different than the hydrowhey myofusion. Doesnt taste very good 8/10 rating. I am goin to go back to myofusion hydrowhey bcz I dont need the probiotics!

I will nvr pick ON. Its overpriced, it doesnt contain any vitamins or anythin much as compared to Myofusion Probiotics. People go for ON because of the taste, they do have lots of flavours and most flavours taste good but ofc the flavour tastes good if there isnt any vitamins,etc in it. Myofusion all the way, better quality ingredients!

Any simple sugar will do. An easy way is to take some corn flakes and pound them into a powder and mix that into a protein shake.

Yup I tell everyone who will listen not to do that. You also get serotonin zaps which is pretty disturbing when trying to sleep.

5-HTP + B6 is said to be a bad idea too, as B6 converts it to serotonin too early. However I don't think it's too big of an issue to do once in a while. It sucks because this means you can't take 5-HTP + ZMA at the same time.

For anyone who hasn't tried Phenibut, give it a go. You will never have better sleep. 600mg is all it takes to knock me out for 8 hours. Any more than that and you get a hangover

Note that you don't have to take ZMA.. any Magnesium and Zinc supplement will be fine.

I thought calcium/dairy made ZMA useless. I read a few articles saying that your body wont absorb the minerals if you're ingesting calcium beforehand. I've noticed that if I have milk before bed it actually has less of an effect on my dreams.
Calcium competes with Zinc and Mag, but Zinc and Mag compete with each other too ;) (Iron is the fourth divalent mineral)

To avoid problems with absorption, keep the total amount of all 4 below 800mg. A full dose of ZMA is 450mg Mag plus 30mg Zn, so as long as you keep the calcium under 320mg or so, you are good.

1 full cup of cottage cheese has about 200mg calcium and 16mg of magnesium

whey protein supplement is useful for getting a high amount of protein in you as fast as possible post workout and is convenient & can be taken on the go

Mixability: Added one scoop to my blender bottle and added 12 oz water, most if not all of the powder dissolved. Shook for 5 seconds and it had no remnants.

Taste: At first whiff it's like smelling grape Kool-Aid from the packets. I took a sip at first just to taste it and it tasted exactly like grape Kool-Aid but the aftertaste was terrible. Quite bitter but then again it's not like I'll be having a wine party and handing this out so whatever. Chugged it down and drank some water.

Energy: Prior to taking it I thought to myself "Whats a better way of testing this other than doing a full-body day?" My routine went as follows:

Squats 5 sets
Military press 5 sets
Bench 5 sets
Deadlift 5 sets

No cracked out energy, steady onset throughout. I could lift heavy from the beginning of my workout until the end which made a statement. I increased in almost every single exercise I did, state how much later.

Focus: Here's where this motherfucker shines. I had tunnel vision for every single exercise. I didn't care what was going on around me. The only thing that mattered was I do my exercises with the strictest form. The weights were my obstacle, only I could clear it. My cognitive thinking was stronger than ever. When I rested I could only think about the next set and how I'm going to kill it.

Pump: I don't believe in rating a pre-workout based on the pump, but it is there for those curious.

In conclusion:
I have NEVER felt so strong from a pre-workout before, Driven Sports has a crown jewel (imo) I hope they don't reformulate this. It was damn amazing, like discovering my first boner.

Bench had no increase, only did 155 max per set.

picked up 12lbs of GNC whey Isolate and Allmax Creatine on the weekend

GNC had a sale on this weekend...prices weren't as cheap as BB.com but close enough to not bother my friend with brining stuff up for me

i'm going to order some assult and a multi that i'll get sent to her from BB.com

do you guys normally load up on creatine the first week? i was just gonna start with the regular dose and see how many body takes it, hopefully it doesn't flush out like the last stuff i tried a couple years ago

do you guys use water or juice with creatine? i was told it should be taken with juice as creatine needs sugar to be absorbed?

What's the story behind this? I've been drinking mine with greentea but am wondering if there's any real benefit.

Also 3rd day taking Craze, still feeling the same as the first day. Mental clarity when lifting, love it!

Yesterday I took it at the same time as my creatine and I felt a bit queezy after, so I wouldn't advise on doing that. My guess is probably because Craze already has creatine in it (indefinite amount)

any isolate is good, optimum nutrition gold standard, allmax isoflex i think, dymatize elite, a majority have the same ingredients but different brand names and will make little to no difference

i heard tru protein makes the protein for all these companies and they just buy it and put their brand name on it but not sure if thats true

I stopped listening to Popeye's workers after they suggested for me to focus on isolation movements and not compound movements to gain muscle mass.
They're just advertising Allmax and/or trying to boost their sales commission.

Whey protein is all the same, I prefer Myofusion over ON Gold because ON Gold is expensive as fuck for what you pay
