weight addition yesterday... all 40 lbs max that it was...
re-installed all my interior trim pieces, seatbelts, seats. No longer have the ghetto tin can look/sound inside there, it's nice!
Oh and finished swapping wiper blades to some new teflon ones..
Re-installed my exhaust manifold heat shield with custom hole for EGT probe that I've yet to purchase, and got rid of a few boost leaks with the new coupler hoses I put in.

New alpine 6.5" door speakers from Andres, after a little fine tuning of the equalizer, they sound awesome.

Got my crystal headlights w/ angel eyes in the other night and finally finished the wiring and hiding it all away to make it look stock!
Just gotta get a nice set of H1's for my low and high beams!
Any suggestions on brands?

3 sets in the last year? Wouldnt that mean they are kinda shitty or is it just your headlight system uber sucks?
I was thinking Piaa's

oh ya my housings say H112V55W but I dont wanna put in 55W for my high beams, is there a 65W avail for them?

shitty sealed beams do tend to cause lights to burn out quicker.. that and when I had DRL they would be on low beam anytime the key was turned on!

Talk nicely and I'll cut you a deal jk, but I hear they're the best lights we sell, aside from those... the nighthawks, but I dont know much about them. The CT brand sucks... the tend to burn out VERY quicky.

edit: danny, are you running sealed beams? Why not do a H4 conversion for the low/highs. You'll get a brighter light and cheaper to change the bulbs. It'll just cost more pocket change to start.

If i decide to keep the car... i'll definitely be doing the h4 swap.. i can get the conversion kits for dirt cheap through a supplier at work.

If you do that conversion.. make sure you put in hid's I just got my hid's in on the weekend, and wow, are they ever bright.... everything glows on the road. They make my piaa high beam bulbs look useless.

HIDs in highbeams are a waste of money, HIDs need warm up time of 20seconds or so and therefor wont work good when you need light right away and flicking on and off while there are on coming cars

The Hid Low beams are bright enough! The high beams are good enough with just some piaa super whites. I'd rather put the money to something else....
