All of the hotels belonging to the Caesars chain have no resort fees!

Usually I call the The concierge at my hotel and they'll look up the tickets for you and they'll even try to get discounts. I don't know if it's significantly cheaper than some websites but it takes the stress away and all I have to do is just pick up the tics at concierge when I get there.

I ended up calling Bellagio and they had a few tickets in the front available :fullofwin:

Any tips on booking a trip to vegas? Planning to book through expedia.

Check out Allegiant Air if you don't mind crossing the border into Bellingham. They often have 2 for 1 specials etc. so if you're not planning on going right away, that's usually your best option.

I highly recommend flying with Allegiant, their flight/hotel packages are also great (and sometimes not much more than just the flight alone). Flying with them out of Bellingham you will save $300-500 per person.

FYI, if anyone sees any deals for Dec 1-5 time frame please let me know. Going down to watch the new Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil show!!

Don't forget that you do get charged for the number of bags you bring. You also get charged for pre-booking your seats which they highly recommend.

skholla 10-29-2011 06:05 PM

Last time I flew Allegiant I pre-paid for one checked bag and seat reservation, I did not pay for priority boarding.

Even with paying for all of these add on fees I still about $300. Next time I go I will probably just bring a carry on and sit in what ever seats are left.

I was looking at prices today, flight and 2 nights at the Palazzo is $400 a person with Allegiant. If I fly from Vancouver the flight alone will cost $400, crazy!

We are a bunch of asians, typical asians you see in richmond, would it be weird to be in a club in vegas?

Depending on how the weather is that day, you usually feel some turbulence when you land into the desert. Just make sure you're not sitting in the back of the plane. You'll really feel the plane moving.

BlackZRoadster 12-11-2011 03:44 PM

are there pool parties during xmas time? or is it too cold?

are pool parties more of a singles thing?

If im staying at aria, do i only get to use their pool?

People come from all around the world to Vegas. The only thing Vegas cares about is $$$.

Being Asian and from Richmond I'm guessing you have lots of $$$ so get table service. Talk to your hotel concierge and tell him where you want to go that night. He will get you in touch with the club and you can book your table from them. It's 3 people per bottle. Bottle costs around $600 with tip. It works out to be not much more than standing in line paying cover and buying drinks at thye bar.

Anjew 12-12-2011 08:28 PM

hows the weather like in vegas around this time of the year? i'm thinking of going first week of january....

skholla 12-12-2011 10:39 PM

COLD... its not hot so all of the pools are closed. I was in vegas the week before last, high of 8, low of -1. Windy as hell, the wind chills ya to the bone.

skholla 12-13-2011 07:47 AM

I love Vegas because it's a cheap destination to get to and there's so much to do... Shop, eat, party, lounge, shoot guns, race cars, sight see, etc... But no matter what, how ever much money you bring to Vegas it is never enough. $500 or $50,000, doesn't matter, there's always some baller, celeb, business or what ever that is blowing money like crazy!

Any one has a good list of restaurants I should visit?
restaurant.com has 90% off promotion right now
Restaurant.com Gift Certificates 90% off. - RedFlagDeals.com Forums

BlackZRoadster 12-23-2011 12:48 AM

I bought Mix from that deal. $2 for $50 must order 2 entrees which doesn't matter for me.
Only 1 coupon per table so they arent really like gift certs.

Tried Winn Buffett tonight it was overrated.
