The vancouer 2010 is saturated. The last one is what I was going for. Looks ok on my comp.

maybe its just contrasty then... :)

*NWS!*
The tall chick with sunglasses wasn't a lesbian, but she was walking around topless with her boyfriend. She had a nice rack.

How were they? They didn't seem to be as tight as they used to be this year at the Abbotsford Airshow.

ColinK 08-16-2007 06:34 PM

They were pretty cool actually! I ususally dont get to see them because for the past 8 years I've been gone every summer.

I've got some other shots where they were really tight together. I just thought those ones looked the coolest :p

Nice shots, dspirit, but the last one, their skin looks a little yellowish...

No, really... compared to the other two, especially the second one. Actually, the dress looks kinda off-white too.

Senna4ever 08-17-2007 06:22 PM

Maybe it's the reflected light from all of those yellow flowers?

ColinK 08-17-2007 08:40 PM

you take some fantastic wedding shots!

Moo Man 08-18-2007 11:34 AM

Here is one of mine from early this week. (I dont shoot anything other than cars very often, so please! all critics welcome!) :)

I think it needs a little more contrast to darken the sky a little more in the right hand corner and darken under the bridge IMO.

I really like the composition though! (except maybe that tree at the side of the bridge on the far right of the frame) :p

Reflected light off of the flowers like Senna said. White balance is as close to par as it would likely get in there. Take away the yellow and the bride goes blue and the groom goes neutral.
First rule of thumb... don't make the bride funny colors...
