Tofino July 15th http://images2.fotop.net/albums2/kdu...7/DPP_0001.jpg |
^^^Very moody! I think it would be better without the vignette. |
How's this one? Straight out the camera no editing at all other than sharpening and cropped the bottom a little. http://images2.fotop.net/albums2/kdu...2007/DPP_2.jpg |
^^^^ Personally, I prefer this one...but that's just me. |
ooo u haven't posted forever kendrick! :D i can't see ur tofino pic! it's not showing up... |
I am too lazy to work on the other pics :P There aren't any other I am excited about. I need to spend time to see which one is worth showing |
You have 24 hours! :flamemad: |

Tonal range is a little flat. |
Went to the Tour de Gastown and took some pics. Did take much cuz it was kinda dark and was hard to focus. Also I am starting to understand using only primes is not very efficient :( Its not very fun having to keep changing lenses; especially when it's raining http://images2.fotop.net/albums2/kdu...7/775T7995.jpg http://images2.fotop.net/albums2/kdu...7/775T7984.jpg |
i am sure u can get away with primes 80 years ago people were shooting sports with their 4X5 cameras =P then medium format then 35mm SLR (which still had to change films every 36 frames) |
I see you like men's legs kendrick ;). Why weren't you in it? |
iwas thinking of going but when i went to get gas i was soaked just going to pay 0_o so i went home :( kinda glad *edit might as well post my bicycle riding pics from yesterday http://members.shaw.ca/hardcoremount...-01%20copy.JPG http://members.shaw.ca/hardcoremount...-01%20copy.jpg |
I like them both! :) |
bikerx: is that Kevin riding? I heard he's waiting for his new bike to arrive, so in the mean time, he's riding a mod? |
That last pic, was that all in one try or more than one? Cause the 2nd pic from the right doesn't look in place to me. Did he go from right to left or left to right, either way it doesn't look right. But damn that takes a lot of skill! |
No, the guy defied physics. |
That looks about right (I used to ride like that too, but now I'm too fat lol)... The way the pedal kick is done, the back wheel drops a bit and then as he's in mid air (you can see the 3rd position) he's knees bend to lift up the back and then he lands back down. There is so much power in a pedal kick he could've easily landed on the other end of that cement block. And he was going from right to left :) |
Cool, didn't know :). So you have to have a lot of upper body muscle to pull the whole back up in mid-air I'm guessing? |
