Great shot. The border is way too distracting though - it takes away from the image.

Snak92 10-28-2010 07:34 AM

I do have a border-less one. IMO I like the border.

Soundy 10-28-2010 07:39 AM

I kinda like the border too. The film sprocket thing is a LITTLE cheesy, but it looks good.

Senna4ever 10-28-2010 07:44 AM

The film rebate holes aren't proportional to the image - that's what bothered me at first. I think that border style without the film rebate would actually look nice, like a 4x5 film sheet.

What kind of fisheye adapter did you use? I've been curious how bad the ebay fisheye adapters really are

I used this one:

which is specific for the NEX. Quality is pretty good, i think.

PEI?

The first Tuesday in November is the Emirates Melbourne Cup, which is the richest horse race in Australia. It's a holiday for the state of Victoria, and a pretty big deal. Today, Monday November 1, 2010 was the Melbourne Cup Parade. As you can tell it was all about the horses today, and not fashion what-so-ever. Here are a few pictures from the parade. Enjoy, i did! The ladies were lovely.
