I currently have a Sinn u1 that I have owned for about the last 6 months and still not bored of it yet. Not a lot of people are a fan of the lego style hands, lume or the price. I was on the fence about picking one up for awhile but finally gave in and I'm happy with my purchase. If you're ok with a used one, you can find them for around usually $1000-$1300 on WUS sales forum. |

hey guys i'm pretty new to watches... I know I won't be able to get anything good with $150-200 but what do you guys recommend for the price point? |
If you search around online, and dont mind spending a few extra bucks for the quality, you could probably find Citizen eco-drives, Seiko divers, Tissot PRCs, for 200-250 ish. There's nothing really worth mentioning under 200. I mean you could just get a Fossil or Diesel or whatever just to tell time. Hell, even G-shocks push past 150 after taxes. |
On to my third watch now........I have a Seiko SKX007J1 inbouding:badpokerface: |
are u gonna mod the 007 or is it gonna remain stock? |
I will be enjoying it in stock form for now haha. How do most of the ppl mod them anyway? I know where to get the parts from but do they DIY themselves? or take them to watch repair shops? or send them out to professional modders? |

1 Attachment(s) Just got a strap for my Nighthawk. Anyone liking the combo? I haven't seen many tan strapped Nighthawks, just the black or SS straps. |
^that's a great looking combo! oem citizen strap? |
Thanks. :D The OEM was a black rubber strap. I bought this one off eBay. |
$150 - 200? Citizen Seiko You could also look into the Orient Mako line, arguably the best bang for buck diver in the sub $150 price point. Great quality plus it's automatic. http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...07Cmc4hzLmVYMA http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...LUwX4GKWKkULDg |
