the official ps3 headset is neat..

but its not worth the $50 price tag alone

get the Socom bundle if u still can.. at least u get a game with it.. and with the new firmware update for Socom released last week, the game is much more playable now.. its not bad of a game..

and u can always sell it for $30 here on RS later

the ps3 headset has a menu interface that pops on screen, and a mute button which not alot bluetooth headsets have..

hows the socom game? ive been thinking of buying the bundle with the headset

socom is alright,,, its worth getting it now since they released a huge update 1.30 which basically improved the whole game by a lot. If you like 3rd person shooter games then this one shouldn't be any problem. I have to say, this game is really a team based game to win. A lot of game have said that but socom is one of the games that really depends on team work. If you like team based games then this ones for you.
