Ant Man We really enjoyed the humor and action. 8/10 |
Mr. Holmes 8/10 |
James Bond Spectre: 5/10 Boring as fuck. Worst 007 movie with Daniel Craig. |
Chappie A whole lot of weird 6/10 |
Terminator: Genisys 8/10 - Really liked what they did with the timeline. Great action and story. There were some cheesy moments and CGI but for the most part is was well done. Characters were pretty good although I generally dislike Jai Courtney but he did pretty good. GOT chick was pretty good also. As a franchise fan I'd rank it equal to Salvation. Not as good as 1 & 2 but slaughtered the garbage that was T3. |
man from UNCLE 7.8/10 pleasantly surprised, a bit drawn out in the middle plays out like a live-action version of Archer minus the dirty jokes |
Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse 7/10 Cool poster Spoiler! Pretty good zombie comedy, more of a high quality straight to video movie though |

Been hearing that this was not as good as the last two. |

Man from Uncle 8/10 Yup it's good |
Spectre: 7/10 |
The Imitation Game. A bit of bias being a computer science major, but the story itself is pretty fascinating. 8/10 |
Run All Night Liam Neeson being Liam Neeson |
Kingsman: The Secret Service 8/10 I've no idea what I had expected going into this movie, but for some reason I had expected something closer to Get Smart rather than a more serious spy comedy. Kingsman was actually surprisingly good. The Book of Life 9/10 Watched this with the kids this weekend. I wasn't particularly interested in watching it until I saw Guillermo del Toro's name roll by in the opening credits, at which point I figured I had to watch. And you know what? This is a great movie. Okay, the plot is rather formulaic and predictable, but the visual design is breathtaking. It's very unique, extremely colourful and just overall some of the best animation I've seen in a long time. The integration of modern music into the movie worked quite well, especially considering the time period it was set in. Reminded me slightly of Moulin Rouge in that sense. Would highly recommend. |
Road (documentary) 7.5/10 somewhat biased because i'm into bikes... I went in expecting a bit more about road racing in general, it was actually entirely about the Dunlop family, but it turned out to be a very remarkable story trailer: |
The Martian 9/10 |
Attack on Titan Live Action - 3/10 This is like an alternate universe where Mikasa is a complete bitch to Eren. The girls were so damn cute though especially potato girl. |

But then you gotta worry about the noise which will draw zombies to your location. Looking bad ass will ultimately get you killed in a zombie apocalypse. Unless you're Daryl. |
Memento (Christopher Nolan) - 7.5/10 Coworker recommended it to me. Pretty trippy. |
Trainwreck 7.5/10 - Pretty fucking funny. John Cena was hilarious. Good date movie. |

Stanford Prison Experiment - 7/10 |
Ant-Man 6/10 wasn't bad, wasn't fantastic, but it was :notbad: would really like to see how it would be if Edgar Wright wasn't booted and had free reign Quote:

Trainwreck 6/10 When it was funny, it was REALLY funny. Unfortunately those moments seemed pretty rare... John Cena and his prosthetic cock and ridiculously proportioned body were hilarious |
