Yup, Blues have been pretty good of late and Canucks always have problems with them. |
i guess its a good thing, min and edm only got 1 pt each today |
min got 2 points, edm got 1 point, its a bad thing. |
Lol, it's never a good thing when two NW teams turn a game into a 3 point game. |

yeah who is that guy on the left lol |
Would you guys prefer the NHL only awarding 2 points for the winner of OT and taking out the 1 point for making it into OT? And would you prefer a lose in OT to be a straight out lose and not a OTL? |
^^ I think they should make every game a 3 point game. Regulation win = 3 points OT win = 2 points OT loss = 1 point This way, the number of points distributed every season stays the same. |

I just start watching hockey this season.. wanted to confirm few questions Points, Regulation win 2-0 OT 2-0 SO 2-1 ? Correct me if im wrong When do people start putting on PLAYOFF Flag on the car ? I know it should be put up when its the playoff season, but I see people usually do it like 1 month before playoff ? |

Regulation Loss 0 Pts Overtime Win 2 Pts Overtime Loss 1 Pts Overtime includes the extra 5 mins and the shootout. |

During the regular season: The winner in regulation gets two points, the loser gets none. If a game is tied after regulation, both teams get a point, and they go to a 5-minute, 4-on-4 overtime. If a team scores in OT, they win and collect an extra point. Until a few years ago, if the game was still tied after a 5-minute OT, the game ended with both teams getting a single point. More recently though, they've added the shootout (which has been common in international play for ages). The winner of the shootout then wins the game and collects the extra point. In the playoffs, games tied after regulation continue 5-on-5 until someone scores. Quote:
Edit: actually, much further back, if memory serves, an overtime loss also meant 0 points - the only way you came out with a single point was to have the game still tied after OT. |
^^^ thx guys .... in the past couple months .. i was ignorant .. lol |

Heres another pic of Forsberg as a kid, in a nucks jersey lol http://img159.imageshack.us/img159/3...dfoppa7lp2.jpg Another of Naslund and Forsberg http://img159.imageshack.us/img159/1...aslund3tt4.jpg |
From reading awhile back, someone mentioned it was Tommy Salo? |

Don't think it's Tommy Salo, he has bushier eyebrows and a thicker nose. The guy on the top left in the 2nd picture reminds me of Brad Pitt. |
imo i would think it's obviously not sundin based purely on age |
Sundin's only 2 years older than Naslund and Forsberg. That guy on the left does look a bit older. Although I'm not saying if that's Sundin or not. But thought I'll just say that Sundin is not that much older. (Wow, Forbserg is only 10 days older than Naslund) |
the only way we'll know is if somebody asks Sundin |
ahh i thought mats was older then that/them |
