Crow is a competitive guy. He mentioned how he missed the emotions that he'd get from the game. Even Ray said that he missed that the day before. Its not really about the money for these guys as their whole lives have revolved around the competition (pre-game rituals, breaking down video tapes of the game, etc). To have nothing to compete for really... its gotta mess with your head.
