Saraya yeah I don't think she was ever remarkable, she stood out because she was unique when WWE was in full bimbo mode still. She definitely has star power and a following, but I have no recollection if she's actually any good.
Doctors clear a lot of wrestlers WWE wouldn't have used if not for competition. They had no interest in Edge until he came to them with AEW's offer. They were never going to let Danielson wrestle again until he started talking about working with NJPW. So them not clearing Paige doesn't say much either way. They might not be interested for other reasons.
Paige has a lot of baggage
namely the line of questionable dudes who are either. convicted murdered, accused of sexually assualting a minor
etc..
either way, as some on SC has said, she "started" the whole nxt women invading wwe thing. lets hope she can do this for aew cuz it desperately needs something fresh.
As a Stardom fan I have pretty much zero interest in the IWGP belt... But it's cool that they'll be at WK for sure! Most likely will be Mayu vs Kairi which should be GREAT
Yeah that KO was scary, but sounds like it was a flash KO more than anything. Sounds like he'll be fine. In years past they probably would have let him come back to consciousness and eventually continue the match. They did a good job this time, stopping immediately in case it was really bad like a broken neck.
I want to go to WK but tickets are too damn expensive, I probably can't go until after CNY
I won't feel too bad about missing it unless they announce cheering is allowed..
only dreaming, but now that Nakamura gets to do the NOAH show... why not have Nakamura go celebrate 50years of NJPW for a match with Tanahashi at WK...
I think if they announce this in the next two weeks or so, i'll just jump at them. International tickets are available now too so easier to get instead of going thru a service.
NJPW won't work with WWE, no way. I don't even know if Anderson will be able to go there to drop his title. Maybe he retires and does a quick stop for a goodbye there before retiring for good.
I haven't sen the match yet but there's a lot of hype for Logan Paul
They got this crazy shot holding his phone during a frog splash onto a table, but he completely destroyed his knee doing it, and will be out 9-12 months
They definitely have him working a specific match laid out to make him look good... Like if you were to categorize different aspects, he's a 10/10 in athleticism but the rest not so much. I'm not a fan of Phil Brooks the person, but I'd watch a CM Punk match 10 times out of 10 more than a Logan Paul match.
Absolutely the perfect type of wrestler for 2020's WWE though. The other brother should get into it too
