Got a pair of publish Joggers last week

Why? Because HYPEBEAST

Actually. It fits pretty good and the material is waterproof like the Levis commuters.

Nabs: If you are going to drop 550 consider going for some staples instead of spending it on disposable fast fashion. Just imo.

Enlighten me on brands plz. I don't know much about this stuff.

It was basically since I lost weight I needed clothes that fit me, and at less than 15 bucks an item it was a great deal. But I know what you mean tho.

I think he is referring to pieces of clothing that won't go out of style in the future such as solid coloured tees, shirts, non distressed jeans, etc.

American Eagle is kind of known for its visible logo-ed items and such (highschool brand) but I hear they are shifting way from that.

For simple stuff you could always find stuff from the GAP for an okay price.

Good quality, stylish, and affordable clothing

Check out UNIQLO

trollguy 05-27-2014 07:58 AM

If there was a Uniqlo locally...

and given that nabs indicated he's just lost weight it's going to be tough to figure out his size.. :/

Uniqlo would be a good choice...too bad there isn't one locally and canadians can't even order it directly online. He would need a proxy service which could end up costing about the same as buying stuff here.

ForbiddenX 05-27-2014 10:51 AM

I was dabbling in the idea of doing a proxy service for UNIQLO but got a bit busy with work (sorry to those I didn't reply to via PM) but works slowing down so I can look into it more.

What would you guys say are some reasonable fees you would pay for such a service (with or without shipping)

Not really racist! 05-27-2014 10:54 AM

uniqlo is gonna come when the Nordstrom is finished i think

year or two.... :/

There was a guy on reddit who was doing this for people. He charged $15 service fee for him to go pick up from the SF stores and whatever it cost to ship to you.

Expresso 05-27-2014 12:20 PM

That may be way easier than proxy serivce then, sweet tip chilli.

Levi's jeans is a good choice too if you can get them on sales. The bay have them on sale from time to time, $35 a pair isn't too bad and the quality is good and style is good (won't go out of style).

Energy 05-27-2014 08:22 PM

Most people think its weird but whatever I pulled the trigger.

trollguy 05-28-2014 08:47 AM

hey, if you can pull off the college painter look then fill ya boots!

but seriously- not my style at all.. but yeah, if you can pull it off.. :)

svelt 05-28-2014 10:08 AM

Dude you can do that yourself. What are you even gonna wear with that aside from a $10.25/hr painter outfit (overalls ratty jeans and a T)? Slim denim and OCBD shirts?

Good purchase, I was really close to a pair of them a few seasons ago. Absolutely love the MMM painted GAT's. How much did you get em for and from where?
