Are there usually classes on Saturdays for full time business students?

axxess 01-14-2016 09:08 AM

Not for full time students. Saturday courses are normally for part-time students

From what I have researched, SFU allows you to transfer the entire 2 year BCIT diploma into their business program but it will only count towards year 1. The minimum is a 70% but I'm not sure what the cut-off is right now.

UBC, nothing. They don't recognize any courses from BCIT.

UWO, UofT, Waterloo, McGill and Wilfred Laurier has pretty much the same policies as UBC. They might have changed it or maybe the people I spoke with gave me the wrong information but that's what I was told.

Good luck!

Anyone here take the BCIT OPMT 0198 business math assessment course? Need to take it in order to get into my program and just wanted to know how it was. I know it is supposed to cover math 11 and some of 12, but it seems as if the "topics covered" list excludes a ton of stuff like trig. I was wondering if it ONLY covers the topics on that list or not, don't want to screw myself over by not studying them lol

Anyone do the BBA program full time? How was finding a job afterwards?

mr_chin 04-07-2016 01:42 PM

Ditching the work force for 2 years and going back for a full time CIT program.

I will be applying for student loan and was wondering, when is the best time to apply. I tried applying, but it only gives me two options for start date and none is in September 2016.

bcrdukes 04-08-2016 07:28 PM

Sooner the better. You never want to leave your student loan application last minute.

mr_chin 04-16-2016 02:07 PM

I wonder how accurate those outcome surveys are. A median salary of $19 with a diploma in CIT. I'm having second thought on actually going for it. Anyone have any opinions?

how long does it take to get into a certain foundations program?

maneetkaran 09-09-2016 06:14 PM

Gizeh Shrine Headquarters Of B C & Yukon.
$60 a month. Works out to be ~$45 cheaper than buying weekly impark passes online for $26.25.

Keep in mind lowered cars have difficulty entering due to its narrow and tall speed bump.

I parked in BCIT last semester got two tickets for a years worth of parking. They check the lot by the library at 2:30 3 out of the 5 days. If u park into the closest lot generally the lot number is already payed. I just swapped the license plate after the second ticket and your good. If you want to know free parking spots u can message me, its a bit of a walk.

Is that where the shell is, where all the businesses are?
