with proper tires i dont see why a rx7 wouldnt make it up the hill

It is starting to stick in Richmond, feelsbad for everyone else in the Metro Vancouver area. Y'all stay safe!

Need salt? Rona on Elmbridge Way had two pallets when I went yesterday. Nothing at Home depot nor Canadian Tire.

Because it's auto and tired :lol I've got m+s tires, but I wasn't expecting it to snow until after I was off work, otherwise I'd have left my car at home and trained to work like I normally do when it snows (I have very little experience with snow and would rather not have an accident). I rescheduled my vet appointment because I didn't want to get stuck in Port Moody in this shit, glad I did.

Saw this Genesis Coupe parked on Elgin and Kingsway with the passenger window smashed earlier this afternoon. Hopefully not anyone on here

Just went out and shovelled the house (41st/Rupert) and it's pretty thick already - a good 3-4 inches with the bottom being slushy and the top being fluffy. Coming down harder and harder, gonna be a tough night for anyone going out for NYE.

HonestTea 12-31-2016 04:32 PM

Roads are so bad in Burnaby and Vancouver. Saw a train of cars trying to drive up Rupert from Grandview

Euro7r 12-31-2016 04:35 PM

Apparently most of Vancouver is a massive gongshow. 41/49/Oak/Oak Street Bridge/Granville etc.

My parents got around Aberdeen Hills in Kamloops in a 71 Pontiac LeMans no problem. Good snow tires, plenty of sandbags over the rear axle for traction. Other than some hesitation when the carb would freeze up below -10, it never spun out.

murd0c 12-31-2016 06:36 PM

coming down hard in Mission, gf just shovelled the driveway as I watched her while having jello shots and watching the hockey game. Talk about a lame new years hahaha
