i often get ppl telling me i look tired & prob cuz of dark lines under eyes & yawning a lot

If you are sleeping from 2am to 7am then of course you are going to be tired and yawn all the time. No supplement is going to replace actual sleep. If you have to get up at 7am try to get to bed before 10-11pm.

hal0g0dv2 12-03-2011 08:57 PM

yeah i use to take zma back in the day but i was getting short sleeps now i just sleep for 8 hours and feel fine

What if there's no way around that? Because my sleeping schedule is pretty much the same as his. workout wise, how much will performance and gains be effected cuz of this?

For me the difference between a workout after 8 hours of sleep and 6 hours is night and day. And they say sleep is one of the most important things in training.

So you are doing homework from 7pm to 2am? That's a lot of homework :heckno:

Phozy 12-03-2011 10:25 PM

Sleep is a must, why not workout at 6am at your school gym? That way you have all afternoom and can sleep earlym the gym might suck but at least you get sleep. that's what I do at least, and I have work too.

Yeah, try getting in bed beforee 11, use lunch to do hw, etc, time management

:heckno: I have a hard enough time getting up at 8 LOL

Excelsis 12-05-2011 05:29 PM

Highschool, homework from 4-6? do whatever you want until 10 then go to sleep and get up at 7.. 9 hours of sleep is plenty, and pretty sure homework doesn't take more than 2 hours unless you're in an ib programme or ap classes. The only reason you'd lack sleep is procrastinating, gotta watch your time management lol

penner2k 12-05-2011 06:51 PM

I get up at 5.. Get back from work at 6:30... By 6:45 in the gym... in bed by 9.

G-spec 12-07-2011 02:12 PM

Excelsis 12-07-2011 04:23 PM

why would you use a fat burner...

Just take a preworkout or simply eat more frequently and drink a lot of water..

SkinnyPupp 12-07-2011 04:29 PM

It's like asking "why would you use steroids"? Because it works! It's just a matter of how far you want to fuck around with your body.

strykn 12-08-2011 11:37 AM

assault came today :fuckyea:

JDął 12-08-2011 11:42 AM

Best legal test booster I can buy in Canada? I've decided I want to go on something plus creatine for the next 3 months.

strykn 12-08-2011 12:35 PM

A-50 but have fun wasting your money lol... just get zma.

JDął 12-08-2011 12:41 PM

zma? I have to pass urin and blood tests so I can't have anything not over the counter / legal. Or are you saying a non-steroid test booster is essentially a waste of time?

AAnthony 12-08-2011 01:36 PM

ZMA is pretty solid. I take it before bed, and I get some craaazy dreams. The only issue, is that if you have Calcium within a few hours of having ZMA it wont be absorbed by your body. I've gotten into this habit of drinking a shit ton of milk at all hours of the day, I usually have a few huge glasses before bed. It's my routine.

So Halo/Strykn/and other GOMAD's ... how do you do milk and zma. I don't wanna have to chose 1 or the other, I want both!
