i dont like white flood. it doesnt really give u a big burst of energy or pump like razor8 or assault. it also tastes like shit (well the raspberry lemonade flavor at least). it just made me sweat a lot more than usual

watermelon white flood but assault is better imo

This will be my first time using PWO tings. From what i read, jack3d, razor 8, etc can really fuck a noob up

you can take 3-5g everyday if you wanna keep ur gains. it's not steroids you don't need to cycle off and on.

I personally like white flood. Small scoop per serving (compared to assult). The added "pump" isn't that noticeable, but the energy seems very clean. I've tried other pre-workouts that just got me way to jittery and eventually crash. White flood gave me the boost of energy w/ out making me feel like I was going to have a heart attack!

Also, like someone stated before, for some reason I sweat like crazy on WF though.

Thinking of taking creatine. specifically monohydrate.
But i was looking at assault and it says it includes 5g of creatine per serving. so if i took this, would it mean that my creatine is taken care of?

On the days you take assault, yes. You'll want to take 5g of normal creatine on off days

Yeah white flood watermelon is a must try but better than assault that's a toss up but it is better bang for buck

the new promo is free multi wit assault new flavor is orange mango told u so :p

New formula has bcaas but I don't really mind since I use bcaa mixes like xtend and atomic 7

Oh cool I didn't know Universal had a basic amino supp like that. Might give that a try once I run out of Xtend. I have used Xtend twice now - orange and grape. Orange was horrible. "Black Cherry Bomb" sounds pretty awesome :)

Fish Oils? What's the best brand for it? And does BB.com do free shipping over a certain amount?

I usually buy ON since its the cheapest at 6 cents per serving. BB.com doesn't do free shipping but they usually have a 10% off coupon, I have my things shipped to Point Roberts so shipping usually isn't that expensive even after adding the cost of gas and my time.
