So I got my Alpha Brain yesterday, and took 2 around 7pm. They say to take 2 in the morning for mental alertness, and 1 more 6 hours before sleepytime for lucid dreaming. I didn't take any in the morning so I just took 2 in the evening.

I couldn't fall asleep at all until about 6am, even though I was dead tired. My mind was racing, and while I know I wasn't sleeping, I definitely had very lucid and vivid thoughts. Eventually I did fall asleep, and for a while had absolutely mind blowingly lucid dreams. Like I was drifting in and out of a dream state, totally conscious... It was weird because I felt like I know I was going in and out of a dream, and there was a sort of 'effect' as I drifted into a dream state. My thoughts became my dreams, and it was pretty cool.

Anyway, I had a pretty crazy dream based on Skyrim. But then I woke up at 9am and couldn't fall asleep again. So only 3 hours of sleep, although I have been having trouble sleeping in lately anyway.

Going to try a proper dose tonight. But I am amazed that it took effect so quickly. I have tried other 'dream support' supplements like DMAE, but they take a while to build up. This one works right away.

lol the only supplement which will help you the most is whey protein with the mass gainer if you have a high metabolism

preworkouts and creatine should be used once you've been lifting for like 2 years, results will be more drastic

Why do you take more than one preworkout and whey protein (besides MM)?
I don't even take protein anymore. I rather eat a good meal than down some powder.
Just taking a good creatine, preworkout, and a multivitamin. :fullofwin:

I'm on:
Myofusion Milk Chocolate (1 scoop post-workout)

Armour V (3 in the morning, 3 in the evening. IMO a daily serving of 6 capsules is ridiculous)

Assault Green Apple (once in a while I take half a scoop 30 min pre-workout)

Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil from Costco (recently started taking it. 2 in the morning, 1 at night. friend claims that fish oil does magic so i will see)

since i've never taken preworkouts and maybe never will, how does it feel?

High concentration of caffeine is banned from tkd competitions as well, unless i have a long period to get it out of my body.. and how does it feel when you cycle off?

I don't really see it working. This will probably be my one and only tub. I think sleep and food are much more important. Get your sleep and eat a high protein + carb meal before workout and you're good. If you have that covered though, throw pre-workout in and you'll be super sayan

il probly pick up some assault can never have too much but i do wanna try craze

assault is more clean focs energy as of 1mr razor 8 etc is a stimulant junkies thing its good but really too much caffeine i dont mind it but felt assault was just better

I can only imagine how good that tastes. Might try it after white flood
