In my experience the type of people who ask friends for money are also the type that won't pay you back until you harass them for it. I'm sure there are exceptions but generally this is why I don't lend high amounts of money to friends anymore. If it's a small amount and it's a good friend I'll just give them the money knowing they'll return the favor down the road.

yep, one by my house is a school/park zone. 30km/h dawn to dust and people seem to forget that it isn't just during school hours.
