Buying anything from The Brick. We bought some dining room chairs and were told they no longer accept returns unless it is a manufacturers defect. If there is a defect, you have so many days to deal with it. So we pick up our chairs from their warehouse and assemble them that night. Every chair had a bad rough spot on the top of the back piece where you can catch a piece of clothing on. We called them ASAP only to be told that they do no returns at all. We had to bitch for a long time before they offered us a partial in store credit to which we said no. Bitched some more until they finally said they would give us a partial return on our credit card.
We are never buying from the Brick again. Tell us one thing right before we sign the papers and then when we catch a defect they go back on it.

I am from East Vancouver but I drive almost everywhere. I feel like there's more pot holes everywhere! And fucking "speed bumps" at almost super fucking random places. Those bumps as in from construction site and the pavement wasn't done right after to even out

One on Kerr Northbound by 54th Ave.
Another on 33rd in between Nanaimo and Clarendon.
Pot Hole on Marine Drive between Burnaby and Vancouver right by the Bridge facing West Bound (Ooooh that one is fucking deep, I hit it once, I swear I thought my tie rod or bearing was going to break T_T)
Pot Hole on Highway 17 towards West/South Bound right off from Highway 1 at the bottom of that turn.
