Oh rarity and spec is not the issue. FK8s are dime a dozen. I literally do not plan on buying another vehicle in my lifetime, assuming it doesn't get written off.

If it was an Oxford Green E46 M3 in M/T and cinni interior... Now that's a spec you'll never get back

I received an email from a credit card company urging me to go digital billing. They were warning people of a possible postal strike …………….. again. May 22nd some agreement or something like that is ending. I thought they straightened it out. W - T - F ?????

Could be the CC company trying to get old school paper bill loving dinosaurs like me to keep costs down. Who knows? Any postal workers here with actual information?

It's their way to save money. I keep switching it back to paper. F that.
I don't check each account but because of paper, i was about to catch them trying to charge me for an extra card fee.

Damn right. Old school paper bills, ftmfw!

I always check on-line and pay on-line............. not a tree hugger. Butt, not as bad as someone on here who pours oil down the drain marked with a yellow fish, gulololololol.

Badhobz 04-24-2025 10:02 AM

What? it makes them more delicious!!! and I never recycle either. i don't even have a blue can. it all goes into the black garbage bin. I got the biggest garbage bin on the block and the only thing in my green bin is grass. Food scraps!?!?!? FUCK THAT SHIT, that goes straight into the garbage bin too.

Any idea what gun this is? Seen at the pope's funeral, apparently.

unit 04-25-2025 08:31 PM

Kinda looks like the guns they use to take drones down by jamming rf signals

mikemhg 04-26-2025 12:17 PM

Why do they have to make a signal jammer look like an AR-type gun with a trigger and such?

Muscle memory and familiarity in control training.

Was browsing Reddit for shits and giggles and saw an ad for Royal Roads University. Back in my College/University days, I attended a few post-baccalaurete courses at Royal Roads University. I remember the beautiful gardens and, in particular, those majestic peacocks. First time ever, I've seen so many in my life. Fuck bald eagles, Canada Geese, and falcons, peacocks are where it's at. Anyone know if they're still there?

just curious, is all

bcrdukes 04-27-2025 01:50 PM

Yes. Lots of them roaming around.

N.V.M. 04-27-2025 02:21 PM

peafowl, unless you are actually just referring to the male birds.

RabidRat 04-27-2025 07:00 PM

I had a takeout container leak greasy meat juice all over the passenger seat today. It was so much that it pooled up lol.

Can anyone recommend a strategy for cleaning this out? I have a shop vac, I was thinking I'd just douse the fabric in warm soapy water, scrub, vac, repeat.

I figure I should use dish soap? And should I be using a steamer as well, on something like this?

edit: these are cloth seats

Razor Ramon HG 04-27-2025 07:14 PM

Baking soda is good to pull out oil from the seat, but if it happened earlier it's probably solidifed by now.. probably blot/wipe off as much oil out as possible, then douse with warm water and dish soap, scrub, vacuum it out and repeat a few times.

underscore 04-27-2025 07:20 PM

A cloth seat? I'd use a carpet cleaner with a handheld attachment

bcrdukes 04-27-2025 08:04 PM

I think Badhobz spilled bao yu sauce (or similar) all over his seat. And I'm not making this up either. I'm sure he has a suggestion.

Edit: I want to think unrelated to the sauce in my signature. :inoutugh:

Badhobz 04-27-2025 09:09 PM

Yah ! It was poon Choi. Stupid poon… got it all over Hitler plaid seats. By the time I got home it was soaked in good and friggin made my whole car smell like poon

I used a steam cleaner, resolve laundry spray, tide to go, and went bat shit crazy trying to get it out. Was about 80-90% effective. You can’t see the stain anymore but that crevice in the seat looks slightly darker than the other side. Thank god my plaid is grey and black tones.
