lol it's not even that it's racist. They're saying it's nazi propaganda because they're saying she has superior genes... like white supremacist type of deal. These lefties are so woke it's crazy

GLOW 08-01-2025 08:17 AM

i think the world is healing, people are starting to have woke fatigue

CivicBlues 08-01-2025 11:25 AM

I mean Sydney Sweeney's knockers aside, Does anyone else think these are objectively shitty looking jeans? I can't stand Gen-Z fashion.

Badhobz 08-01-2025 11:40 AM

yes it looks ah-mo. i like my skinny jeans more, not these grandma style pants.

mikemhg 08-01-2025 02:00 PM

Fashion is weird, it's so cyclical.

I'd never imagine those types of jeans would make their return, but here we are, 70s jeans are in

CivicBlues 08-01-2025 02:07 PM

I didn't live through it but 70s jeans were actually look kinda nice. They were form fitted at the top and just wide at the bottom.

Dunno wtf Gen-Zers are thinking in the 2020s now, everyone just looks like they're wearing potato sacks on their legs.

noclue 08-01-2025 02:32 PM

Have you guys forgot about the nammer uniform, true religion? Those flared jeans came back during the 2000’s

Badhobz 08-01-2025 03:07 PM

Bring back kappa and tear aways.

Bro you’re talking about liking boot cut pants like your going to a nickleback concert you can’t shit on Gen z fashion lol.
As long as people aren’t wearing fuckin sweatsuits at a dinner I’m down with whatever someone wants to wear.

whitev70r 08-01-2025 05:35 PM

Bless the man who invented yoga pants (was it our local Chip Wilson?) & bike shorts.

Since we're on the topic of fashion/clothing...

Any of you guys recently attended events requiring "cocktail attire" ? A quick Google search yields basically a suit, and I'm not sure I'm seeing anything out of the ordinary. Just don't show up in a tuxedo or Kirkland Brand gear is all it is. Thoughts?

I think that's dinner suit (darker, less business-like cut) or lowkey tuxedo preferred for men but any sort of semi-formal gear is fine (like any dark suit). It's more a signal to the women about what to wear - (shorter) dresses instead of gowns.

Tangent: Do any of you have a suit that's suitable for funerals? And if you don't what's your plan if someone drops dead? Since I almost never wear suits I only really have one suit - a dark blue one that's 7 years old that I've worn maybe 10-12 times. I have two tailored dress shirts for them and that's my entire formal attire (my wedding suit in a light grey could technically be used if needed for a formal event - that's 11 years old)

Those of you who have ordered from Temu and Aliexpress, do you find Temu more reliable in terms of actual delivery of item? I only have Ali and honestly, 1/3 of my stuff never arrive, got thrown overboard in the Pacific ocean or something and I end up having to wait 3 months for refund.

are more attractive than these?

I mean they're both ridiculous, but one's objectively uglier than the other.
