Add in the fact that it's a minivan, which means it's going to be a HUGE broke ass family barely able to make payments. Ill have to deal with 20 broke ass retards from Surrey doing credit apps that'll all fail, and me ultimately wanting to push this piece of shit off a cliff rather than deal with these no credit peons.

Why not? many car finance and leases are semi-subsidized by car companies in order to sell more cars. Unless you get better ROI on your money, I see very little sense not to finance/lease cars except when the financing cost is super high.
