Just received an email from apple stating replacement nano shipped. The whole process took so long. ipod was originally bought in hk.
step1 request date Nov 14
step3 return Feb 22

Finally got mine today. Requested box Nov 17th, Sent my old ipod Dec 30th, and finally received my touch nano March 2. Took over 3 months from the day I submitted my request!

clearly, based on the box that the iPod is delivered in, apple isn't exactly as environmentally friendly as it claims to be.
