Got my box today. Do I have to pay for postage?

edit: waybill is your EZ label thing on the front of the package.

I didn't find one either.... I'll ask UPS when I drop it off later.

Guys, take pictures of the box and stuff before you ship it off as it says specifically if the ipod is damaged in shipping they will not care if you cant prove it was shipped properly.

ppl that havent received their shipping box yet. Is the repair status updated at all?
My Step 1 says "Shipping box sent out" and with tracking number.

yeh i havent gotten my box.. maybe they just got overloaded with requests

edit: yeah mine is still in "Service Requested/Diagnosis pending"
