i'd be pissed if i get a 1st gen replacement considering I requested the RMA in early november and already bought sreen protectors for the 6th gens lol

No idea why its taking some of you guys so long.

Originally sent in my request back in Dec and got my box in 2 days. Waited over a month to send the box in and when I did, got a 6th gen 8gb back within a week. Sold it 2 weeks ago for $100 (with extra headset and usb i had lying around) :troll:

i'm still stuck on step one. requested a box just after CNY and still nothing

where is the link for me to check the status?

Apple Canada received my box two weeks ago (UPS tracking)...i'm guessing they are directing it to the US

I got mine ages ago. Enjoying it so much but I hate the size. It's too small compared to my old nano and the grasp on it is so minimal. Good for working out and handy but for people to like to use it leisurely it's too small IMO

I submitted my request January 4th. January 5th "A UPS shipping label has been created." Nothing since. 6 weeks and counting for UPS to pick up an empty box from Apple and send it to me?

Ill be lucky if I get the thing by Christmas.

in the exact same boat, pending since the 17th.

maybe apple is just shipping them out as they get inventory of warranty returned 6th gens. theyre prolly just giving us refurbished ones.

dont know if it makes a difference but i requested my box over 3 months ago when the recall was issued and recv'd it maybe 3 days later...it just took me almost 2 months to send it in because i was lazy.

I'm more than willing to wait. That nano of mine I just whipped out of storage, and it'll be a bonus getting it back fully functioning with a fresh battery and all :D

just got my nano and it is a newer gen :fullofwin:, it reached their "repair centre" january 25th, mines up for grabs if anybody wants it, i have no use for it, $80.

Gf received hers today. Silver 8gb. Mine still says product replacement pending :okay:

How long does it take for Apple to send you their first box, to ship the 1st gen nano back?

WTF they got mine on the jan 16 and i'm still on the pending list. Fucking hell
