finally got my box LOL

Apple is retarded. On the letter they tell u to drop it off at a ups facility or call to arrange a ups pickup but the shipping label is to fedex.

So don't make the mistake of droppin it at a ups location when its suppose to be fedex.

LOL, nano recall was announced a month ago. but anyways, received my box a month ago and shipped it out, and still havent got my replacement yet....

Mine said ups saver o.o

Anyways I dropped mine off at a ups store anout a month ago and when I last checked, I am on the third step

i've been reading different forums and it looks like apple is shipping out 6th gen silver 8GB nano for the replacement...possibly refurbished as they come with 90 day warranty.

time to buy those $2 watch wrist bands from dell extreme for my next jogging watch :fullofwin:

mine is fedex too.... damn it.... fedex guy came to my door today too to deliver something else coulda just handed it to him but i thought it was ups

Yea, dropped off by UPS. Sticker says call UPS for pick-up. But the actual return sticker is for FEDEX. Looked like a complete moron at the ups store

Honestly I would it's cheaper for them to scrap the first gen nano and replace with the 6th gen... Imagine making the technician opening up all the nanos and actually replace the battery one by one...

Btw I just dropped off my nano at FedEx today.... You should get a tracking number on the receipt when you dropped it off...

I did the same..but I know Apple won't care about sending the box in 30 days after the label was issued because of the massive backlog in sending them out int the first place

So I'm confused, do I call that UPS pickup number on my box or do I drop my box off at FedEx?

You can do either I'm guessing. Personally I am going the safe route and just dropping it off at a fedex office.
