Yup, Nov. 13 and still no box. Repair status still says "service requested"

why not? sent it in. see if they give you a new one? whats wrong with a free new one? if they do sent you one, then you can probably sell it, make a few bux.

Almost 3 weeks for me, no box yet :devil: :heckno:

I submitted my application the week after the program started. Got the prepaid ups box a couple days later, finally got around to sending it back... Apple just sent me an email stating that they received it. Now just waiting for my replacement to ship.

Sent my box in on Tuesday, got email confirmation of receipt from Apple today.

I'm sure Apple won't skimp out on giving everyone boxes... give it some time? It's not like this is an insanely time critical situation.

Stella was a great program. I got 4 movie tickets and 12 Stella chalices via that program. Also like 30 gmail accounts as a by-product. lols

3 weeks with no box, kinda gave up on it since mine works fine, and sits in the car plugged in at all times, unless a new miley album drops

Still haven't receive my box yet. And i submitted the report on Nov 20th. Same as other's, i kinda gave up waiting for it.

From the apple care support team via email

"I know that you have been patiently waiting all this time. I have checked on the status of the box, and it shows it's processed, but I cannot give a specific estimated date of arrival. Due to high demand the boxes are on back order and we are working as fast as possible to get this resolved. Thank you again for your patience."

As i mentioned earlier, I put my order in on Nov 13. I just recieved my box today, a couple of hours ago actually so hopefully everyone will get theirs soon as well.
