Its FedEx, I took mine to FedEx, they scanned it and gave me a receipt with the tracking number.

i called the UPS number, and the lady laughed and gave me to correct fedex number

i guess all the boxs got shipped like that

hmm thats weird, my box said ups and the directions also directed me to ups. im assuming the first batch of boxes are to go ups and the rest are for fedex.

just got my box yesterday finally sent it into ups and now the wait begins again!

thanks guys, even though i got that nano it was still one of the worst days of my life :(

i ordered my box the first day they announced that they were replacing the nanos. got the box shortly after

word has it that its refurbished ! no warranty. dont care, at least its better than our first gens haha

my first gen was 2gb and the replacement is 8gb :D

well not really. you didnt send in accessories, why would they send you accessories? they aren't cheap. they were nice enough to replace our nanos from way back, i cant see blackberry or anyone else replace a 5+ year old device. moreover, its the current gen too. :fullofwin:

they received my original unit on november 24. i sent two units in on the same day and have yet to receive an email regarding my other nano (its still sitting as pending)
