Fuark men. Noob gains again. Loving this comeback. Feel like I'm getting bigger by the day. 257lbs today. Up 7lbs since New Years. form is shit though, very little of your bench is coming from your leg drive. Also, your lockout is virtually non-existent. Yeah you touched your chest, but you actually have to finish the lift rather than letting your spotters curl it for you. Wobbly as fck too, maybe switch over to the smith machine. I've been doing the 5x5 Program since Sept. Worked my way from 185lb squats to now 385 lbs squats parallel. In high bar position, I'm noticing when I go down, the bar slides down slightly forcing me to roll it back up when i go up. How can I correct this? thanks |
