How do you know if leggins you have are too small or not ? Not sure if you guys saw some pages ago how i bought some leggings from UA, but i hate how anytime i bend over or run the ass side falls down below my waist and gives me the "plumber ass" lol or when i run it feels like its falling down and i gotta keep adjusting it every 2-3 seconds |
Get bigger ones then Honestly you're worrying about small irrelevant things. Just lift, eat less, and do a bit of cardio. Fat will shed like you won't believe if you stick to it. |

Anyone know of any other gyms in Richmond open for like 5am? The two that I tried to search (Steve Nash/Sport Central) have shady ass reviews, and early mornings before work are the only time I have the drive to work out. |

Hi guys. I'm new here. Been lifting for a couple weeks now, ever since new years. I got a sweet 6pack nutrition lunch kit so my diet has been great since I started with 6 meals a day. My weight has stayed the same (250lbs) but my body composition is changing daily. I had a dad bod going on but my mid section is now being moved back up where it belongs. All jokes aside. I'm back bitches. Strength is coming back fast. Will be jumping back on that T-Nation program starting Monday. Curious to see where I end up. When my son was born (a year ago) I was 245lbs. I'm now sitting at 250 and soft but that is changing quickly. I'm hoping for 265-270 at the end of the program. Glad to be back gents! Berz out. |
berz aside from turning into a fatty, how much of the sick gainz did you keep from your ride on the sauce? i think you were like 210 or so when you hopped on? or did you lose it all and just turn into a washed up former bodybuilder fatty? |

Failed 335lb bench last week but nailed it yesterday! Also got 315 bench up for 3 Very very happy with my strength gains recently |
benching up to x5 a week, been progressing pretty nicely hit 315x6 almost 7 on CGBP hit 3x1x375 which was my ole 1rm important part is not going too heavy/ham on each session |
