Im on the island, and go to Jims Gym…its wicked there, great prices and they just got all new great equiptment (new ownership).

So i went out and bought about 6 decent sized steaks, and cooked one up for lunch, and threw in some veggies…didnt have WW rice, so just white but meh.

EZ-curled 45lbs each side for the first time today! my forearms are shit weak.

What about trying the rowing machine if your gym has one..
Its by far the best machine you can use for cardio... as an added bonus I find that if I do rowing after back day my back recovers way faster..

Interesting.

I only take 5g of creatine by itself, the other 5 is in my xpand pre workout drink. (most preworkout drinks have them, but usually just 2g or so)

what are some of the best places to buy supplements online? price is obviously the biggest incentive but service and others come into account too!

where do u guys buy ur steak? i bought some sirlion @ M&M's, they had 4 of them in a pack for 9.99.. I need some good recipes for what I can eat it with.

And how big are they? I got mine at superstore, 5 pretty big steaks for like $24

I can guarantee the steaks from superstore are better then the ones from M&M..

by the safeway near bestbuy, there smallish round steaks.. each has 310 cals and 32g's of protein or something like that

ive had those steaks from M&M. the terriyaki sirloin? i have to eat 2 of them to even pretend i ate enough. easy to bbq tho you cant over cook em. taste ok too.

supplementscanada.com is the same prices as your local Popeyes (mostly ive found). Ive been using bodybuilding.com, just for a couple orders…Ive saved about 15-20% off of Popeyes prices(which already is the lowest prices in store in canada).
I paid $32 for Protein Isolate at costco when it was on sale. (for 5lbs). I wouldnt pay more than $40, i almost bought the elite stuff though for like $50 because it tasted sooo good, but then i was like naw.
