i was actually looking forward to your reply and am open to suggestions.
ive been working on not so much lowering but 'improving' my carb intake. basically, the highest GI 'food' that i eat is a banana. breads/bagels are all 12 grain. long grain brown or wild rice. no potatos. whole wheat pasta. i eat alot of fruit tho.

			long/wild/whole/12/etc
grains are still grains
Fat will keep you fuller longer, no insulin spike, lots of calories.. Well at the very least I think you should give it a shot... You can switch back if you don't like it after a month |

Yup, try other nut butters too. And coconut milk should be a staple of any diet, weight loss or weight gain.

YES but saturated fat is not bad for you
however, if you're scared, you can get the reduced fat version...

Let's take the best food ever grown on this planet, and replace the best part of it with water and other crap? Terrible... Just don't drink it if you ignorantly think it's bad for you. That would be better overall.

^ no....there is dietary cholesterol and cholesterol is created by the body
eating junk (vege) oils/sugar = damaged arteries = high cholesterol
The cholesterol is there like a bandage to patch up damaged arteries
This is the biggest misconception:
Eating saturated fat = fat molecules going into your bloodstream and clogging up your arteries
This is simply wrong

Well I was banned for a week for an obvious joke. Some of the mods have been trying to get rid of me for a while though. I might get banned again though since I just sent the mod that banned me a nasty pm... lol
I hit 200 this week though! Pretty excited about that... lol
