Pretty sure I was up to 90's before I quit. If not, 80 or 85 for 20 reps total. I'll have to check my old workout sheets

I do a set (6 reps) with 110 lbs. DBs. Help up on the first rep, which I don't count, and then the spotter usually comes in and helps a lil on the 6th working rep.

I weigh 173 LBS now (just went down a couple lbs this weeks). Each DB is 64% of my body weight.

That chick is doing 90 lbs while weighing in at 130 lbs, that's friggin 69% of her body weight in each hand. Not trying to be sexist, but she's a girl too. It's more impressive the more I think about it.

Well I would grant that it's not UNimpressive. But it's not "fuckin" impressive to me.

But really, it's more a matter of personal perspective I suppose. Maybe I'm just not impressed by how much a roided up chick can DB press. I am actually more impressed when I see what the crossfit girls can do. I'd never do that shit myself, but to me THAT is 'fuckin' impressive

And gymnasts, and olympic lifters too

Go in for stretches and light workout. Don't push right into the DLs or bent over rows. Light DB rows on the bench and watch your form. Maybe some pulley exercises too.
