Naw, the only thing that those 2 have in common is caffeine and suger, and that varies from pre drink to pre drink.
Pre workout drinks also have beta alanine, N.O, arginine, the list goes on. Increases blood flow, theoretically sending more blood and power to muscles or something like that shit.

So as sad as it is, I'm new to this whole working out thing. For most of my life I have no joke been anorexic, usually weighing somewhere in the 110 lbs. range. After 2.5 years I'm up to 163 lbs. I've been recently hitting the gym, doing the treadmill 1.5 miles, break, bike 3.5 miles, crunches, then elliptical for 1 mile. This hasn't done anything to cut down my fat, or make my belly start to go down! Anyone have any good advice/routines I can do to cut back on the belly? TIA!

Edit: Engrish!

1) Stop wasting time with all the cardio
2) drop carbs from your diet, except a bit at breakfast
3) do high rep weight training with HIIT instead.

Toughen your stomach muscles up to hold it in rather than being relaxed. Doing all that cardio ain't doing shit for you. Its probably your posture that is a problem.

Berz oiut.

Of course it does. Tryptophan is just an amino acid.

Just got home from arm day..
I was on today thats for sure. I was doing 10-20 lbs more for pretty much everything today with more reps. I dont know what brought it on. My entire arms felt like they were gonna pop (all the way from wrists to shoulders) and now my forearms are tingling. haha

I keep cans of tuna(and a can opener) raw nuts and fruit in my work van for in between snacks. Don't have to worry about making/packing much. Just stock up a small cooler and replace the ice pack.
