			OMFG I HATE THE FUCKING GYM...    
There's these fucking brown guys that leave their used plates and dumbbells everywhere, fucking grunting like they are getting ass-raped in prison at the end of every set, standing in front of the mirror eye-fucking themselves for at least 5 minutes between sets.  There's the one huge guy who is basically all upper body with no ass and chicken legs and his bitches who follow him around the gym.   
THEN there's this one guy, normally he's ok, but today he took off his fucking shirt and pants IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GYM and had his gf take pics of him flexing wearing nothing but some sport underwear.   
I FUCKING HATE PEOPLE AT THE GYM.   
On the plus side, a friend saw me coming out of the gym today, commented that he thinks I'm on steroids lol.  I take it as a compliment considering I am not on steroids.

			Haha,  I go a very quiet gym in Victoria, generally filled with a bunch of older people until last week.  Where this guy comes in yappin' on his cell phone, loud as can be(Seems nice atleast) and by the end of the workout his shirt was off.  haha  They told him to put it on pretty quickly but he definitely looked like a tool.  At least it was a little bit of comedy "Oh sorry,  the shirt just fell off, I swear!"  hahaha

			some1 plz help me with the shape of my chest its all fucked up im trying to get the nice rounded shape but it seems like no progress idk what to do and its getting really irritating...i think im missing the top portion of my chest cuz when i look in the mirror sideways thats what it seems like =|   
ive recently gone onto a new workout program and i am mainly focusing on my top chest no middle and some bottom any insight plz =]

			i have no respect for people that do that in the gym on the floor, leaving weight on the ground is fucking bullshit, i have been in many situations ( not showing my abzz lol ) when i have talked to people about not putting weights away and sometimes it turns into a yelling match, you gotta stand up for yourself in the gym or else these fucking punks are gonna keep doing what there doing, most trainers at the gym are friends with these hipster duface  and dont care about what happens. this is what a locker room is for, getting naked and showering witch most guys are scared to do and rather get naked in the gym

this is a really good article in building a body builder chest, you dont have to do 10000 things for chest to get it the shape basic shit dude.  
in that pic in the article that is the part i am talking about the top region , Clavicular pectoralis outlined in blue, i did incline bench for this part of the clavicular and it brought it up nice

			I've got that problem with my chest as well.  From the front it looks great, but from the side the top definitely looks under developed.  I have only been doing incline work for the last 8 months due to an injury, and it doesn't really seems to be helping. I wonder if my front delts are taking the brunt of the work?

On another note, I just did a shitload of pushups,  and man what a pump!  I haven't felt that in my chest in ages.   I might have to start doing them more often when the gyms not available.
