so some kids come up to me in the gym tonight and are like hey man, u r looking shredded as hell how the hell did u cut down so fast, just like 3 weeks ago i was talking to them and telling them how i am cutting down, some people do not listen and will never get the gym ethic

if you guys are bringing supplements over from US id be careful.. usually they will ask to see what it is and there are tons of stuff in the ingredients that isnt allowed to be brought over... happened to me once and it was a huge hassle.. never again.. i placed an order from fitnessone.com just recently.. there prices are good and they ship within canada

Any amino acid they don't recognize, they'll confiscate. Even if it's naturally occuring in food. Like if you buy protein that lists the aminos that are in it, they will ignorantly ban it, even if, say, bacon had the same aminos.

Yes but my point is, they don't consider the actual ingredients, just the label. If you bought a turkey and the label said "contains tryptophan" (which it does) it would be confiscated. Posted via RS Mobile | |

Nothing, just that if you take a lot of caffeine throughout the day, it can really add up. I had a major caffeine OD once after taking some pre-workout supp, so now I am too paranoid to use it

I prefer to just drink a lot of green tea... I'll usually drink a 1-1.5L of green tea before I hit the gym.. I've found I sleep better when I drink a lot of green tea earlier on in the day..

300mg is nothing. A caffeine cap contains 300mg. And i'm sensative to caffeine.
