So if it's not in the constitution it can't be a law? That's B.S. There is no mention of slavery in the original constitution either.

The constitution knows no color, even tho there was law stating blacks were not human. Clearly the constitution needs to trump ALL. Not dictator obama for those that have been following the news. Well, the senate was using a loophole to stay in session to block his recess appointments in the first place.

As long as he's in the top 3 I'd consider that he's already won. He has/will light a fire under the youth liberty movement that will make it impossible for anyone to ignore in the next generation.
