| do a nandoid backup first. if you are going to another stock-based ics rom, then you should be able to go into cwm, advanced restore, restore data only from your nandroid backup.
there are roms out there that are considered "no-wipe" too. this means you don't need to start from scratch after you flash the new rom. |
