check out some of the youtube vid's comparing the 2, the lag on the note is noticeable. personally, id go for the one x or the sg3. sorry turbo e lol.

Easiest way is to install a different browser that supports changing the id. I use dolphin hd. Google chrome should work as well.

i recommend Dolphin Mini.

the ICS ROMS are still very buggy. i went back to GB
buy a big micro SD card, MHL/HDMI adapter for TV out display, OTG cable for USB stick use/extra storage.
get a THIN case. the phone is already huge, you don't want any more bulk.
extra batteries, this bitch will eat you out of house and home.
instal custom "launcher" like Go Launcher to customize the home screens, like "Winterboard" on iPhones
instal Titanium Backup for in Android backups.

an official ICS ROM is coming soon. just wait for it IMO

root and use titanium backup. always make a backup in CWM first.

all i717 are the same.

When you root you can delete any system apps through a file manager like ES file explorer. Just make sure you enable root access in the settings of the explorer.

picked up some Anker brand batteries off eBay, i highly recommend them over the other generics. they last just as long as OEM.

Do you have the slide to unlock screen?
I seem to lost it after upgrading to the LPY ICS rom

So everytime I turn on screen I only get the pattern unlock and not the slide page before that.

Anyone know how to eliminate the other learnt words from the swype keyboard? I want to get rid of some of the stock words it defaults to that I never use, not the ones i've taught it.

Yeah for audio output regardless of it's to the car or headphones, everytime it plugs in it drops the volume from 100% to 50% to not blow your ear drums out with it's amazingly lacking sound volume.

have you tried using poweramp App? or maybe this external amplifier?

I love doubletwist because u can fast forward/pause without unlocking but again it drops the volume by half everytime i plug it into the aux jack.
Dont really want to pay money to listen to music I already own..... with poweramp.
