Well the season starts less than a week away in Australia and we don't have an official thread yet so here it is :)

Im sooo choked that the fuckers that made the Mobile Apps didnt make one for Symbian this year -_- its still the #1 OS in Europe/Asia/SouthAmerica (overall) where all the F1 fans are -_-

their facebook is filled with ppl bitching about it too

Sorry had to fail you there... Come on dude... Take India out of the equation, and Symbian's market share in Asia is irrelevant. It is already irrelevant in Western Europe.

That said, India is a pretty big market, so I don't know why they didn't make a Symbian port

As for the season, looking forward to it! Got bored and skipped the last few races last year. So it is not on BBC this year, right? Does that mean they'll have commercial breaks again? Hope the announce team doesn't suck

Can't wait to watch some of these races during daylight hours! Instead of 3AM like back home. The joys of living in Europe.

wth is Gosjean anyways?! a lot of the no-names seemed to perform pretty well so far should definitely be an interesting season

Nokia/Symbian is still #1 in most of europe and in the top 3 in the rest except for the UK where they're 4th (by country)

look at the latest Comscore report and you'll see what im talking about (they've only selected the major makets in europe but u'll get the picture)

as for taking India out of the equation.... i wasn't even considering them.. sure Nokia/Symbian is still #1 (barely as Android is about to surpass them) there but but Nokia/Symbian is #1 in China etc (#2 in vietnam/malaysia yada yada)

South America too although the smartphone market is small there regardless though you would think they'd make an App for Symbian if not Symbian^3 than S60 like they did in 2011 since where Formula 1 is popular Nokia still dominates if not in the smartphone realm than the "dumbphone" :P

I mean come on.... they made an app for BlackBerry!

Yeah general admission, being my first time I wanted to get a few different vantage points. I was very surprised by how good some of the general admission viewing areas were.

Kimi mistimed his last run in Q1, got loose in a corner and lost a few seconds, and crossed the line too late to start his flying lap. It's too bad because going by his teammate Grosjean's time, Kimi should've been able to qualify pretty high up too.

First race of 2012 almost underway! First time I'll be following F1 since Schumacher's retirement, should be a fun season! :)
