Yesterday was a very busy day (and today was the final touches). I kinda went a bit overboard on the ruckus. - mojo 10" extension - Douglas 12x8 with 140/70/12 viper strike - plastidipped the frame black, rear frame, battery box etc white - new fuel lines, rear brake cable, throttle cable - rrgs piggyback rear shock (copy) - ruck shop intake w/ uni filter - re jetted and shimmed the carb - MNNTHBX gp exhaust - MNNTHBX lightweight pegs - MNNTHBX rear sets - MNNTHBX sigg coolant tank - MNNTHBX dorf seat frame - MNNTHBX intake bracket - MNNTHBX kickstand (modified) - r6 led rear light w/ sequential turn - custom stainless rear fender - relocated trail tech vapor I'd post pics but I'm on my iPhone... But this beast is loud as fuck. Gained about 10km/h but haven't messed with the roller weights yet. I notice it idles really low (almost stalling) when it starts up from cold. I assume it's running too rich. But once it warms up its fine. If I adjust the idle screw at the carb, it idles fine (cold) but once warned up it shoots up to ~4000 rpm. I cannot locate my mixture adjustment screw on my carb. I swear I'm not a fool but cannot find it for the life of me. Posted via RS Mobile |
Holy fuck. I had to take such a back road route to post these pics from iPhone. Worth it! . http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3789/9...1ee0e3b578.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7334/9...f2593e1b73.jpg Posted via RS Mobile |

I bought it for 2 grand, but It had a bunch of recent maintenance like new tires, oil, coolant, belt, and a few mods like ncy gas tank cover and frame, trail tech vapor, and pollini variator etc. A stock one runs about 2 grand used, and I've put on about $1700 or so in parts on it. Doing the work myself. To build my bike from a stock one would cost just over 4k I'd say Posted via RS Mobile |

Does any one know where to find the 1 inch round reflectors that you use when have a fender eliminating kit, to keep you legal.? Posted via RS Mobile |
Have you checked down bicycle isles? I bet they have something useful Posted via RS Mobile |
I checked in early spring and Canadian Tire did not have any, but will check a few shops. |
closest thing I found : Chris Products (604) 888-8700 from Greater Vancouver Powersports 2nd one down. Other than that i looked at Thibault and motovan, nothing fits the small criteria. hope that helps. |
