I don't drive an SUV, but I don't really mind if someone passes me in a 2 lane road when everyone is driving in one lane...if everyone is doing 30 and someone is able to do 50 safely, I think it's ok?

As long as it's safe and they're not plowing by at twice the speed of everyone else, I don't see what the problem is. Again, this is provided they are adequately equipped to be driving at such a speed.

Driving at a crawl isn't always the safest way to drive.

E46 with summer tires driving uphill under 5 kms/hr on Arthur Laing Bridge from Richmond to Vancouver. Ask your Daddy and Mommy buy a set of snow tires for your car, please. It worth more than your IPHONE 5 atm.

Conditions on highway 1 east are very severe, avoid it unless absolutely necessary and you have winters.

those extended/accordion styled buses with regular tires are absolutely TERRIBLE in the snow...they honestly struggle with the slightest incline.
translink should consider getting winter tires just for the latter half of the extended buses if they cant afford to put them on all of their fleet
