I've been named 'captain' and not been named 'captain' several times for many different teams....It never meant shit to me & I've always said that....Being a leader comes naturally, not when you are told 'hey, we're gonna have guys look up to you'.....Even when I wasn't 'given the C', guys looked at me as a leader over the named captains, because my leadership was natural....

I don't care about the 'honour thing'...I care about W's....and I would hope/assume that guys playing at a much higher level than I ever have would say the same thing....

I don't know who on this team has leadership qualities.

Basketball and soccer players are by far the softest/girlie-men/pussys of all pro athletes, especially Lebron. The guy was making a huge deal that he had a broken nose a few weeks ago, left the game and missed another game after because of a broken nose. :facepalm: You have hockey and football players breaking noses and just shrugging it off like no big deal all the time without missing a shift.
