WOw. Totally glad I didn't come by last night. |
I went for the first time in a long time last night and was sad to see it had gotten worse. saw lots of different cars I hadn't seen before and met some cool people but the asshatery was beyond. Really a shame people think that's how to act. |

I think it is time we re-iterate once more to everyone on here viewing this thread, and everyone who is coming to these meets, the importance of responsibility. This meet is the biggest event of this sort anywhere in BC, and possibly Canada. No other unofficial weekly meet I have been to attracts so many people week-in and week-out. The number of cars, people, different brands, different styles, and the calibre of cars which come to this meet is a testament to our communities possibility. UNFORTUNATELY, as with everything else in life, the minority of people who can't seem to contain themselves or show some level of remote intelligence, or understanding of respect, end up ruining this meet for the vast majority of people who simply come to hang out and have a good time with some friends, and get to know others. So I will ask this in two ways: 1 - I ask that you THINK before you act, think about the consequences, or possible consequences of your actions. Burnouts, speeding inside or when leaving the lot attract a lot of attention, almost all of it negative. Nobody thinks your cool when you leave a Tim Hortons parking lot at mach speed. Revving while seemingly harmless, does get annoying and has a great possibility of getting us kicked out of the prime location this meet has called home for over 2 years. Again rolling around the parking lot at 10km/h with your tach bouncing off the limiter does NOT make you look cool, it makes you look like a complete pillock. If the police descend upon this meet (as they do very often), there is every possibility that those responsible for these actions create problems for the innocent. So if you THINK before you do something and you feel it may make the other people around you believe you are an enormous dickhead, or could be deemed irresponsible by the police, THEN DON'T DO IT. 2 - If you know you cannot contain yourself, stay home, and do not come out to our (the royal "our") meet. I guarantee this coming week will have far more police presence around the meet, and there will be more people looking out for those causing problems, and there will be consequences to the actions of these individuals. So if you do show up and decide to try and pull some shit, just remember you were warned. -------------- To those who are responsible and come out to these meets, or have previously come: Please don't stop coming, if you do it's like letting these people win, and this meet will cease to exist. That hardly seems fair, to those who have been coming to this meet for so long. I know that almost all RS members are the responsible ones at these meets, so please keep coming, and proving to everyone that not all of us are disrespectful hooligans. |
i think everyone just needs to walk around with ice capps... we can award those who do stupid things with a "car wash" |
Props to the Biker guy telling 5 people to leave and never come back. i love it when he goes to their face yelling you're RETARD! |
That M5 seems to be the trouble everywhere he goes. He did an uncontrolled burnout at the last revscene meet too ! |
oh yeah! who owns that silver stanced x7 cressida, i didnt get any pics but found one of it on google https://scrapedcrusaders.files.wordp...07/cressie.jpg |
Revscene thursday meet be like: |
Went to one of these a few Thursdays ago for the first time with some friends, and was completely embarrassed at the asshattery on display by Mustangs, Range Rovers etc.. Made me ashamed to be guilty by association by just being in their vicinity. I doubt it's Revscene guys, but those meatheads always ruin any gathering/meet/party. |

emperor, can someone just ban this tool? Guy burns out at WCCE event, RS Thursday meet once before and again last night.....tool in a rebuilt E60 M5 go find a new hobby. |

Every meet I have been to (RS official meets included) when he's there he's ripping out of the lots. Last spring meet I was at he's drove like a tool, ripping up and down the street, revving, trying to drift as he left the meet. Ban from RS and shunned from the meets....guy clearly does not get it. |
Thursday Night Douchebag Meet :fuckyea: |
To those buddy guys destroying the pavement... Fuck you. |
Maybe i'll bring the mud truck next time and drive over them all... |

I figured it'd be more of the same as last week unless there was some sort of police presence. Didn't bother going. |
