That's better mpg than what I currently get with my V8 4runner |
I think the V12 drivetrains on the Mercs are pretty rock solid from my reading... it’s the damn suspension and electrics that fuck with you |

Didnt you just buy that BMW wagon not too long ago? |
2015 VW Golf TDI wagon, rare, could tick off a lot of boxes for some. DSG, 83K kms, pretty loaded with NAV, HID, $19.5K, 150 hp engine with 236 lbs/ft torque. A bit on the high side so it depends on your negotiating skills to make this a good deal. Pop a tune in there and you could get to 175 hp range. https://vancouver.craigslist.org/rds...172777183.html https://images.craigslist.org/00x0x_...t2_600x450.jpg |
https://vancouver.craigslist.org/rds...184001054.html not too bad looking. even SMG cars fetching a premium |
Nice colour combo. Well worth a look and manual conversions are pretty reasonable these days, not that the smg is bad. |
An E39 M5 for just under $30k. I've seen cheaper cars, but this seems very clean and reasonable given the mileage. Has KW coilovers too 2000 BMW M5 - $29,500 (Aldergrove) https://images.craigslist.org/00V0V_...D_1200x900.jpg Selling my 2000 BMW E39 M5. I imported this car from Japan about three years ago (May 2017). I bought it because it was a car I had wanted to try for a long time and I wasn’t able to find something I liked locally. I love the car, but with two kids and not enough time it’s time for me to put it up for sale. I have the auction sheet from Japan from when I imported the car (see included photo), and the car came with books and service records from Japan as well as three keys. The car currently has about 108,000 kms on it. It’s my current daily driver so that will continue to increase. Extras: KW V3 coilovers Eibach front and rear sway bars Wiechers front strut brace 5mm spacer for front wheels Front lip Cons: Some minor blemishes on the wheels Someone etched “M” on the left side skirt near the rear wheel (it’s very fine and could probably be polished out with good equipment) CD player isn’t working GPS doesn’t work because it’s a Japanese system When the headlights are on it gives an error that highbeams and fog lights aren’t working; however, they work just fine. Moisture gets in the left headlight assembly Rear view mirror has the common fluid issue Crack in front lip I have a number of spare parts for the car and I’ve been picking away at small preventative maintenance items as I have time, but as I mentioned at the start, I just don’t have time to do the work on it I want to so, I have fluids for the rear differential and transmission, fuel filter, front end suspension kit, thermostat, valve cover gaskets and probably a few other things. I got the valve cover gaskets because I thought they were leaking, but it turned out it was just the oil fill cap which I have replaced (this is common and some people have changed to the M3 oil fill cap). I also have the stock shocks and springs, a spare under tray and speakers. Asking $29,500. Please e-mail if you are interested and I can reply with a phone number or you can include your phone number in your e-mail. https://vancouver.craigslist.org/rds...184324163.html |
