^ That EM1 seems like a good deal if it checks out. Definitely can see signs of neglect, seems like the owner doesn't know what she has type of scenario. I wonder if she is the original owner...

68style 09-29-2018 03:36 PM

^ it says 2nd owner in the ad

TypeRNammer 09-29-2018 05:13 PM

Second owner since 2004, all service records included. Two keys + valet and original fobs. I couldn’t resist as I’ve been looking for a hatch for winter. Came with both winters and summers and has a compustar alarm that she didn’t know how to work that was installed by the original owner.

Does people really ready to pay so much money or this is someone's ego?

Well i believe the glass roof was a japan option only which was rare itself nowadays even in japan. Then you have the b18c5 which is probably 4-5k, all those spoon and mugen parts are easily collectibles over 3-4k. Not a bad deal if you plan on building the exact same car.

08 8th Gen Si Coupe - $9500 - 70xxx km

https://images.craigslist.org/00e0e_...fY_600x450.jpg

I don't even like the 8th gen coupes, but this is a pretty solid deal. $9500 for a 70, 000 km clean titled car. Typical prices for these at the 130K-160K range is 9K-14K

forcedot 09-30-2018 12:28 PM

Looks tastefully modded and I bet the mods alone costed the owner more than they are selling the whole car for.

welfare 09-30-2018 01:46 PM

Looks like it's been converted to a Weber 32/36. Should be easy to get rebuild parts for it.

Repair the carb and seat and chuck some collector plates on it

welfare 09-30-2018 02:10 PM

^^or throw a k24 Frankenstein in it :fullofwin:

tofu1413 09-30-2018 02:24 PM

mk1 crx known for rusty floor pans.

good buy

I have a remote starter lying around and thinking of put it into the rsx for the winter...just the install will probably run a fair bit of what you paid for the whole car (unless the install is dead easy diy like a dash cam)

Been watching this one for a couple of months. EK hatch, originally ridiculously overpriced at $7k. Dealership has reduced to $5k now. Probably some room for negotiations I think at this point. No accidents, seems to be in pretty good condition. At what price does this become a good buy?

fliptuner 10-01-2018 06:00 PM

Geez. I sold a clean, sub 200k, 00, CX, 5spd to my buddy for $1k. Didn't want to fuck around with CL idiots.

welfare 10-01-2018 06:40 PM

Yea i couldn't bring myself to pay much more than that for an ek hatch.
